The TEC Bottle Counter offers the following:
- Double censing system that avoids erroneous counting.
- Pulse sensitive sensor that detects bottles traveling at high speeds on air conveyors.
- Programming available for shift times and amount of shifts per day.
- Bottle counter per shift that resets at end of each shift.
- Total line accumulation counter that cannot be reset and can count up to 18 digit amounts.
- Memory Backups for last 50 shifts.
- Printed Backups per shift.
- The counter can be reset during the shift with format changes. In which case the amount per shift is sent to the printer and the backup including the amount of bottles until the format change including date and time.
