Three decades ago we set out to design and develop modular, quick-installation, and cost effective Silo Systems. All of our Silo Systems are equipped with internal static and dynamic pressure protection. Both technical and observation methods are used to assure that each Silo installation provides our customer with a damage-free bottle and, an optional pressurizing system, eliminates all possibilities of product contamination. Our Silos are designed to maximize the Storage Capacity per square foot of floor space.

The TEC Silo system consists of three sections:

a) Loading System: A pneumatic or Bulk Conveyor System conveys bottles from the Blow Molder or Labeler’s out feed to the Silo Storage Area. By gravity, the bottles are evenly distributed in each Silo to optimize Silo capacity.

b) Storage System: The TEC Silo System is composed by one or several modular silos. Its capacity can be easily increased at a later date by adding modules to match future production requirements. We have several types of silos with different sizes and capacities.

 

 

 

c) Unloading System: A Bulk Conveyor System receives the bottles from the Silo(s) and conveys them toward the filling line’s unscrambler. The quantity of bottles unloaded from the Silo(s) is according to the filling line´s demand.

All TEC Silo Systems are automated for a “lights-off” operation.
